     So far this website includes two main collections of archival photographs:

1.  US National Archives  ( USNA )

2.  Alfred M. Gray marine corps research center ( mcrc )

The first is from Record Group 127, Entry 38, boxes 29 and 30.  The second is from the Special Collections of the Gray Library in Quantico, VA. 

     All photos presented here are cropped digital photos of the originals.  Altogether these two pages house about 170 unpublished photographs.  A master inventory of all photos on all photo pages appears in the box below:
