Augusto C. Sandino, General in Chief of the
Autonomist Army of Nicaragua to the Nicaraguan
people and the Governments of the other sister
Republics makes known:
That if the Autonomist Army constituted a
powerful military institution, perfectly
organized which rests the honor of the Republic,
in use of the faculties conceded by the same
army; recognizes and accepts in the frathernal
sense as brothers in the same Isthmus, the Union
Central Americana, broken and interrupted by the
Yankee Buccaneers, recognizing at the same time
the constitution named by the same Union.
On making it known to my compatriots and
Governments of the five Republics; it is with
the object of making felt our spiritualism as
fostered brothers of the same section and in the
same way to name our legal representatives in
each of the sections of the Isthmus.
