Conference Mentioned By One of the Yankee Chiefs
Supporting the Defense of the Independence of
Nicaragua.
El Chipote, 6 December 1927.
Sr. Froylán
Turcios, Tegucigalpa.
Dear teacher and friend:
For your convenience and true friend of
independence and liberty for the weak, I send
you authentic correspondence that the invader
sent me so that you will know the answer I give
them. No comments are necessary. The
Yankee felon reveals himself for what he is.
The slaves would accept this as a good bath of
roses but in my blood is Indian traces with
great determination and indignation. I
give you thanks for your attention and always
accept my sincere appreciation for the Army in
Defense of Nicaragua and my own,
Patria y Libertad
